Redeeming a voucher
We are no longer taking bookings for tours at our distillery site.
Instead, please use your unredeemed tour voucher to buy any spirit or gifting product on our website. Simply enter your tour voucher code at checkout.

Distillery Vouchers and Jack FM
To redeem a voucher directly from the distillery or Jack FM you must choose the quantity and date you wish to come on a tour and add it to your basket. At checkout (not any of the quick options) fill in all your contact details and enter the 16-digit code or Jack FM code number in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ area. If you have more than one voucher these can be one the same order but entered separately in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ area. If you are purchasing any extra tickets, you can then pay the remaining balance. Once you have fully checkout our you should had received a confirmation email.
