Crafty Little Rye is back with a new twist! This time, we've finished our classic mash bill in an old vintage Sauternes cask.

After a two-and-a-half-year rest in new American oak, the liquid was transferred to the Sauternes cask, where it absorbed the rich, sweet and fruity notes of Sauternes wine. The result is a vibrant and complex rye whisky with delightful notes of stone fruits, nutty pastries, banana, dark honey, herbs and spices.

This single cask edition is produced from unique populations of heritage grain, farmed sustainably without the use of agri-chemicals. As with all our products, Crafty Little Rye contributes to biodiversity and soil health in the English countryside.
